Student Debt Solutions released a major update with several improvements for both borrowers and agency users. Here are some of the key changes.
More Help Available – We often come across borrowers who just want to talk to someone and be guided through the program. We have added a new widget in the lower left side of the display to offer a counselor guided session to provide a “white glove” service.
New Repayment Plan Selection – SDS now features the recommended plan but explains why this plan was recommended. We have also added a “compare” button with all repayment plans. This presents a comparison of this plan with the borrower’s current situation.
Simplified Loan Imports – One of the most important parts of the SDS analysis hinges on the import of the student loan details, called the NSLDS file. We have simplified this loan import process and added significant help along the way. It is now possible to access help with live Chat, email to support, download instructions and even schedule a live help session to make sure you get this file uploaded to ensure the best analysis possible.
Phone Number Added to Registration – We have added the phone number to the registration page for agencies who want to make sure they can follow-up with borrowers by phone and email.
We have added many more enhancements and fixes in this most recent release as we continue to make Student Debt Solutions the most comprehensive and cost-effective solution available.
